Can I get a Connecticut medical marijuana card?

Yes. CT medical marijuana laws require all qualified residents to obtain a Connecticut medical marijuana certificate before being allowed medical marijuana use.
Patient ID card Requirements are as follows:

Connecticut medical marijuana patients must be 18 years of age or older to visit a medical marijuana dispensary.

Only those who are able to prove Connecticut residency can apply for medical marijuana treatment via Connecticut's medical marijuana program (valid driver's license, Government ID, utility bill)

A Connecticut resident must also have medical history showing a diagnosis that qualifies a doctor to recommend them as a patient that can legally obtain medical marijuana.

A qualified medical marijuana patient must submit a signed Physician Certification Form with your MMJ application and that is where Leafy DOC can help.  We can assist with booking your appointment for a doctor's visit after submitting your online application and then provide the Physician Certification so that you can apply to get your Connecticut medical marijuana license.

Once you have the medical marijuana card, you may visit Connecticut dispensaries.

Registration fees for the medical cannabis patient program may be lowered or waived for some people, including those on supplemental security income, social security disability income, and any CT state resident that may be veterans receiving treatment.
