Can I get a New York medical marijuana card?

No. New York does not offer reciprocity or a temporary medical marijuana card to out-of-state marijuana medical cardholders. Adults will be able to purchase medical cannabis from a recreational dispensary beginning in 2023.

How much medical marijuana can you legally grow in New York?

Adults are permitted to grow up to six New York medical cannabis plants per person or twelve per residence. No more than six mature plants can be cultivated at a time. If found, you could face up to a year in jail and a 1000 USD fine.
