Trulieve Destin opened in 2019 in Okaloosa County and services the surrounding cities of Miramar Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, Sandestin with high-quality medicinal THC and CBD cannabis products. We are located at the intersection of US Highway 98 and Gulf Shore Blvd, about ½ mile from the beach.
