Our owner, Jonathan, is an experienced program manager with successes in the aerospace, aviation simulation, and energy industries, as well as combat operations as a military officer. His most recent assignment includes advising and operating as a senior project manager for a Fortune 500 energy company, responsible for construction project planning and supervision, lease reviews, space planning, furniture specification, and real estate transactions.

Along with his Project Management Professional certification, Jonathan has earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership, and is about to be awarded a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Organizational Leadership. He has a unique and flexible leadership style that is hands-on and authentic.

He has the support of an amazing wife.  Together, they are slowly growing a solid source of farm labor!
