 PCR is a dynamic, multi-faceted company that takes pride in every step of our production process. The only way to control quality is to be hands-on and involved in every step of the entire process. Port City Relief is a locally owned and operated caregiver facility headquartered in Scarborough, Maine. Offering a hands-on approach from start to finish at its headquarters, Port City Relief has cultivation rooms, a processing lab, a fully-licensed kitchen, and a patient lounge on site. Our patient lounge is open by appointment only between 9am and 7pm each day.
