The crops are processed in a laboratory using CO2 extractors to render the hemp into a crude biomass.
Food grade ethanol is used to dissolve the extract to make it fit for consumption. The oil is then winterized to separate fats, waxes and chlorophyll.
The oil goes through a four column chromatography process to isolate the CBD from other cannabinoids and THC. This ensures that the product is 100% THC free.
The residual ethanol is removed through rotary vaporization at no more than 170 degrees, which fully decarboxylates the finished product.
