We acquire industrial and commercial real estate zoned for cultivating, manufacturing, and selling and distributing legal marijuana in municipalities that have legalized for medical or adult-use. We work with some of the largest and most established operators in the Industry, and therefore target premier agricultural land or industrial facilities and property with a minimum of 50,000 square feet. Proper zoning and location, adequate power and water, and pricing are the key attributes Green Sage analyzes when considering an acquisition and development opportunity.
