We believe that great accounting is more than just entering numbers into accounting software.

It requires skill and experience on our part. And it requires research, analysis, and close collaboration with you to reflect your business’s visions, strengths, and goals. To ensure that our services align with your needs and expectations, we have a set process for our work together.

Getting Started 

Before our accounting work begins, we will meet with you over Zoom to understand your goals, needs, and expectations. We will collect information and take a look your current books. We will review the work that has been done previously and will create a proposal with the list of services that we will provide for you, along with a quote for the monthly fee.

We work on monthly retainer fees collected in advance with a signed agreement. 

Doing the Work

Each month we will complete all of your bookkeeping and any reports needed. We will work together to set up systems to get your financial information that we need. We will prepare your financial reports and send them to you via email before the end of the following month.  

CFO Work

By adding a part-time virtual CFO to your team, you have the added benefit of regular meetings via video or phone to review your financial reports. We will take a look at your systems to make sure you are staying in compliance. We will partner with your CPA  so we know exactly what needs to be done to help you stay legal. We will determine what reports you need to have the best financial information for making your business decisions. We are here to support you in all aspects of your business accounting needs.

Communication

We will communicate with you by email and keep you updated on the process of our work for you.  All financial reports and documents will be stored in our shared G-Drive so you have all financial records accessible at all times.
