TO Apply for The Healing Center Monroeville dispensary YOU MUST HAVE:
• Pennsylvania medical marijuana patient card with valid date
• Curent Pennsylvania driver’s license, Pennsylvania identification card or United States passport
• Signed New Patient Intake Forms (available at admissions)

1. REGISTER: Submit identification cards and forms.
2. MEDICAL CONSULTATION: A medical professional will meet with you to recommend treatment options. Please bring a list of your medications and contact info for your doctors.
3. DISPENSARY PURCHASE: A Patient Care Representative will assist you with dispensary purchases. The Healing Center accepts cash and debit cards with a PIN. ATMs are available. Fees and limits apply to debit and ATM transactions.

Please plan for a one-hour visit or more and arrive at least 30 minutes before closing time. Visitors are not permitted. Caregivers must have PA-issued card.
